Almost all knit sweaters must be dry cleaned. All knits distort with wear and cleaning. Knit items are measured on the way into our process and then “blocked” back into their original shape by steaming, adjusting, and cooling to lock the knit as desired.
Sweaters and other knits are always returned fresh, de-pilled, and in the exact measurements in which they are received. Cleaning in small batches ensures white and bright knits look better than new and little to no color loss. Regular cleanings minimize shedding and protects the fibers from degradation due to stains.

With only minimal instructions our tailors can perform routine pant hems, arm length and waistline adjustments.
